Green - Apartments Sierpes

The apartment was great, and I liked being able to get around without keys. There were a couple of small problems, including a broken wine opener and hairs in the bathroom. Still, the location is excellent, and I'd stay again.

Check-in went smoothly, and the place was clean and right in the heart of Seville. I'd give Green Apartments 4.5 stars and recommend it.

Good value, with pretty much everything a tourist needs close by. The hallway on the way to the lift could use some work.

We won't be coming back or recommending this place. The management felt unprofessional and showed very little respect for guests. The whole building smelled of sewage, and the furniture was in very poor shape. When we arrived, the bathroom was in a deplorable state, with hair on the floor, shower and bidet, visible dirt, and a trash can that was overflowing. It clearly hadn't been cleaned before our stay, which was unacceptable. We'd been told we'd pay at the accommodation, but nobody was there when we arrived. Instead, payment codes came through WhatsApp with no explanation or personal attention. On our second day, an employee messaged to say he'd be there to collect payment in five minutes. He was rude, as if showing up without warning while we were staying there was normal. We offered to pay at check-out, but he insisted on a specific time. A terrible experience.
