The front desk woman was rude, making smart remarks when I asked her something. Our room was ready, but she still made us wait until the 5 pm check-in time. The check-in and check-out hours are ridiculous, and she wasn’t accommodating even though we had four suitcases with us. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much nicer and more accommodating options in Seville.

I told the staff about the problems on day one and got no help. After a long day of travel, we returned to find no electricity, the requested blanket still missing, and the sink still unfixed. The balcony shutters were broken, the floors were dirty, and a floorboard slips around, which feels dangerous. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain, either. There were three adults, so exactly three towels. For the price, they could have provided more. The bed was comfortable, but it only had a top sheet and no blanket. With the AC on, some people need a light blanket. I would have used a towel for one. The welcome kit is stuff for cleaning the kitchen yourself, but there aren’t any kitchen towels to dry hands or dishes. For the price and a decent night's sleep, stay somewhere else. I’m sad our time in Seville was such poor quality.

I didn’t have a good experience. The room they gave me wasn’t the one I’d booked, with a smaller kitchen and just one bathroom. The washing machine was broken too, and nobody came to check it.

The main inconvenience was having to check in at another building before coming back here. It seems to have been this way for a while, and maybe there’s a better setup. We also reported a broken bathroom door knob. We stayed three nights in a pleasant apartment, a good size for a couple or a family of 3-4, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen had all the equipment and utensils we needed. The location made it easy to walk to places of interest, and many tours start on that street. I could walk wherever I wanted, and Plaza de Armes bus station is five minutes away. All in all, a pleasant stay, though I’d recommend it with some reservations.
