We bought tickets for a Flamenco show at the main desk and checked the start time with the staff. We went to the venue when the ticket said, only to find we'd been given the wrong time and missed 3/4 of the performance. The staff's knowledge and communication were poor, and we were very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hostel.

Although it's well located near the old town, I found this place expensive for what it offers. The room standard was poor, and having bathroom tiles on the walls made it feel uncomfortable. They did clean the room once, but I still wouldn't recommend it.

The location is the main plus, and the rooms are small but clean. There isn't any free parking nearby.

Awful rooms and service. They charged us for things listed as free online when we booked, and staff shouted at us more than once over trivial stuff. They also tried to give us one room fewer for the same amount we'd paid for three. Never go here.

A really nice, clean place in a central spot. It was well run, and the staff were very helpful.
