10/10
The location in the heart of Sevilla was the best part. Everything was within a 20-minute walk, and we could easily pop back to the room for a quick break. Despite the busy street outside, our first-floor room was very quiet at night. I was a little concerned after seeing some negative reviews, but we had a fantastic stay and would come back. Our bunk room looked just like the pictures and was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Check-in was easy, and Stefania responded quickly to our couple of questions about the AC.

Right in the middle of everything, with a simple access process and very good-sized rooms. I've stayed here seven times now. Perfect location.

Registration is confusing and takes a long time, even for minors, who have to enter an email address they don't have. The process is lengthy and inaccurate. Emails get no real response, just template replies with no specifics.

The room was large, clean, and good value for money, and there are bars everywhere nearby. The hotel's position makes it easy to see everything. It's a self-service hotel with no staff to help, and despite advertising parking, it has none.

6/10
The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was nice. It was easy to walk everywhere from this very central hotel, with plenty of nice places to eat on the same street. The noise was a problem, though. Glass bins were emptied early every morning, and we could hear people in the hallway. On our last day, we tried to leave our luggage in the storage area they offer, but were told we couldn't because it's a cleaning closet and bags can't be stored there when cleaning is needed, for safety reasons. That was really disappointing, especially as they offer the service and charge for it. We ended up walking around the city with our luggage to find somewhere else to leave it for the day.
