Our stay was cozy and comfortable, and the atmosphere was delightful. Hotel Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu is ideally placed for everything we wanted to see and do. From arrival, the whole team made us feel welcome and looked after us. Elena went especially far to make us feel at home. We had such a pleasant time that we're already planning to return. The rooftop pool was such a treat during the hot afternoon siesta hours, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. My room was gorgeous and clean, and the hotel itself was beautiful. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Its spot in the historic center is hard to beat, just a short walk from the Cathedral and La Giralda, with lots of tapas bars and restaurants to pick from each day. I'd definitely stay again and keep an eye out for other Shiadu properties on my travels.

The team looked after us so well from the moment we arrived. They even went out of their way to move us into a larger room so our daughter could stay with us, which made the trip feel special. Hotel Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu is a warm, welcoming place and a perfect base for seeing beautiful Seville. We'll definitely come back. Muchas gracias from the Hess family!

The rooftop pool was great for cooling down after a sunny day, and breakfast was delicious each morning. We liked the variety and that it supports their farm in Portugal. Our room felt airy and bright, helped by its high ceilings. The hotel is lovely, well placed for sightseeing in central Seville, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Every staff member was a star, from reception to breakfast and the room maids. The reception team were warm, attentive and caring the moment we arrived, and looked after us throughout with a kindness and youthful energy that really stood out. The hotel is wonderful and right in the heart of Seville, which made our visit easy and memorable. Loved it, and a big thank you to everyone.
