Living Sevilla Apartments Catedral-Arenal

We rented it for five days in late December and thought the price was decent. Some hotels cost less, but we wanted more space. The manager was punctual and explained things well, and the central location was fantastic, on a lively street. There’s some noise, though the new solid aluminum doors block most of it. The place has balconies, several French doors, and a small terrace on the second level. It’s a decent size and well furnished, with a full-sized fridge and a washing machine, which was a bonus. The TV worked when it felt like it. The first-floor bathroom is very tight, and the one upstairs is a little better. The stairs up to the second level are steep and high. The convertible sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and only okay for sleeping, while the cute leather recliner was massively uncomfortable. The upstairs bed is two beds side by side. It wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was acceptable.

A spacious flat with nice views and a roof terrace, right in the heart of Seville by the cathedral. It also has a kitchen, iron, washing machine, and other useful things.

We had what we needed for cooking and laundry, and the place also works well for a family with two children. It’s in Seville’s historic center, with the city’s main landmarks nearby. A decent place to stay.

The place was in good condition, and the staff were great. The location was really convenient too.
