The customer service was the worst part. If you get there before 3 pm, the cleaning staff will greet you and take your deposit, but getting it back when you leave means repeatedly chasing them. It took several days just to confirm we’d left the apartment in perfect condition. The building echoes terribly, it reeks of tobacco, and the place badly needs maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. If you want a pleasant stay in Seville, don’t come here.

Parking around here is difficult. The service was good, though, and the rooms are fine, if nothing special. It’s right by Alameda de Hércules and about a ten-minute walk from the city center. There are different room types.

The service left a lot to be desired, and by the end we didn’t trust the cleaner. That came after a poor first impression of a neglected apartment, with mold on the pictures, more in the bathroom, and dirty walls. It all looked quite unclean.

The location was excellent, but the ground-floor apartment had poor ventilation. It wasn’t very clean either, and the moldy smell was really strong.

The owner was very polite and let us leave our bags before check-in. The apartment was spotless, with a nice interior, and only a seven-minute walk from the center. It had everything we needed, including a microwave, washing machine, and hair dryer. I’d definitely recommend it.
