The Zentral Plaza de Armas

We had a very comfortable night, thanks to the extremely comfortable bed. The hotel feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff were kind, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty choices, and the service team were especially welcoming and cheerful. Many thanks for preparing food to meet our requirements. The service was outstanding. We’d definitely stay again.

The price was good for this hotel. Its location could be a little better, but that’s not an easy thing for them to change. You’re outside the main tourist area, which helps keep the price attractive. Getting to the hotel takes you through some local neighborhoods, which is nice if that’s your sort of thing.

I want to recognize the wonderful service we had at the NH Hotel. A young waitress took such genuine care of us from the start. She was warm and professional, always smiling, and nothing felt like too much trouble. You could tell she takes pride in her work and goes out of her way to make guests happy. She’s a real credit to the hotel and has a bright future in hospitality. Thanks to Valeria, our stay was comfortable and memorable, and our time there was so enjoyable. It meant a lot to us. Thank you, Valeria. We’ll definitely be back. Ranbir Atwal

The checkout time was one of the best I’ve experienced, and the hotel was close to everything, including a huge grocery store with pretty much anything you’d need. Our room was spotless, and the staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. Breakfast was good, though after a few days it got repetitive. A little more variety, especially meat options for people who don’t eat pork, would help. Everything else was excellent.
