Apartment no.6 worked perfectly for our family of four, including our two little kids. The main bedroom's big bed was really comfortable, and we had everything we needed. A few things came up during the stay, but the hosts responded very quickly and made sure they were sorted as soon as possible. Their customer service was definitely 10/10.

The room was good, and so was the central location, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the service and management weren't good. They say support is available 24 hours, but when we called at 22:55 to follow up on our request for extra towels, originally made the day before, they said it was very late. We were told to wash and dry the towels ourselves or wait until morning. The replacements didn't arrive until around noon the next day. There's also a €25 parking credit, but they never explained how it works. When we asked, they only said they were fully booked and ignored our other questions about it. We also never saw the complimentary bottled water that's meant to be there on arrival. They'll probably reply with excuses, but be cautious and look into other options before booking.

Apartment number 6 was clean, comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed. It's in a lovely old building, modern inside, and there's a roof terrace for sunbathing, though the pool was cold. The location is great for walking everywhere in the centre, and it was very quiet. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay for the family, with a clean, neat room and a great location right among the well-known sights.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the roof terrace with its pool was a nice extra. The staff were really friendly too. It's close to all the main sights in Seville, and I'd recommend it to friends. I'd stay here again when I'm back.
