Conde de Torrejón 10- Apartments

We found thoughtful little touches throughout our stay, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a fantastic pool and courtyard. There are also lots of shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend it.

The hotel’s stylish feel and the kind, helpful staff made our stay in Hotel One Shot Conde Torrejón a pleasant one. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the location worked really well for exploring Sevilla. Breakfast staff were very friendly, the coffee was excellent, but the buffet didn’t have much variety. We were on the ground floor facing the street, so outside noise was noticeable at night. That comes with the location, but light sleepers should keep it in mind. Even with those couple of drawbacks, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The room’s street-facing position made for very loud nights. We could hear passersby as if they were in the room, and on Friday and Saturday it was nearly impossible to sleep. Opening the blinds also felt impossible because people could see right inside, even onto the bed, so we kept them shut and the room stayed dark during the day. When I asked to move, I was told all rooms in this price range were booked, which was disappointing. The hotel itself has a stylish interior, and the location is handy, with the main sights an easy walk away. Still, the room didn’t live up to its potential.

The location is close to a lot of things, but I wasn’t happy with the room, cleanliness, or the attitude of some staff. I had to ask for the stained bed linen, with lots of black hairs on it, to be changed. There were flies and bird droppings outside the room door, and no soundproofing at all. Street noise and sounds from the neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning was set to heating for every room, which makes no sense in Sevilla, and it would turn off at random. I went down three times during the day asking for cool air and was told they couldn’t change it because other guests might want heat. The response was combative. If someone wants a hot room, they can leave the air conditioning off when it’s already warm. I won’t come back. I had to repost this after my previous review was accidentally deleted. The hotel replied that I should have told them, but, as I said here, I did.
