Pensión dulces sueños

My room was small but clean, with a TV, air conditioning, bathroom and shower. There isn’t a front desk, and check-in and check-out are only available at limited times. Two security doors help keep the hotel secure, but I had trouble opening one with the wireless digital key. I heard other people had trouble with it too.

We only got to stay one night, which was a shame. The room was very clean, and the man who checked us in was incredibly kind. He suggested places to eat, explained which buses to take, and even showed us how to tell whether the dishes we ordered were authentic. I’d highly recommend it.

I spent three nights here and had a good stay. The room was at the back, so despite being surrounded by cafes and restaurants in a very central area, I didn’t hear the noise. They sent helpful instructions in advance about getting into the room, and it was always clean and tidy. The shower pressure was great, which matters! The air conditioning didn’t seem to do much, and I didn’t find the pillow very comfortable.

The reception was good, and check-in and checkout were flexible with secure access by key. But the rooms are really cramped. You can’t tell from the photos just how small they are. The bed was okay, though the pillows were too soft and there was only one.
