Pensión Pérez Montilla

Simple, clean rooms with fresh air and AC, and the reception staff were super friendly. After checkout they let us leave a lot of our things in bag storage during the day, so we could keep exploring. Great for the price.

We got lucky finding this pension by chance on our first trip to Sevilla. It’s comfortable and good value for the price, especially if, like us, you’ll spend most of your holiday out seeing the city. The staff are very nice, and the rooms have what you need for a comfortable night. In summer the central AC usually runs during the day but not at night. We opened the windows and the room temperature was just right. They also rent bikes, which is a convenient way to see the city. I’d definitely come back if I return to Sevilla.

The only small downside to an otherwise great visit was the man with glasses who checked us in around midnight. He came across as a little overbearing and impatient. The room was nice and clean, the AC was good, and the hallways and shared toilets were very clean. Very good for the price.

It was clean and quiet apart from the AC, and if you’re not expecting anything luxurious, it’s a good choice. The location is the biggest plus, really convenient for getting around. I appreciated having AC, though it was noisy and quite cold at night.
