Everything else was good. There are only two English-language TV channels, and both are news. The room had no kettle, though you could request one, and it arrived without any sachets. The restaurant also couldn’t make a hot chocolate.

We wouldn’t have made the same choices if we’d known what dinner would be like. The hotel presents its restaurant as a quality dining option, but one of us was served a lasagna that was half cold and clearly microwaved, still in its aluminum tray and just set on a plate. We paid full restaurant prices for what seemed like a packaged grocery meal, not something freshly cooked. Serving reheated food this way while presenting it as proper restaurant fare felt misleading and reflected badly on the hotel and its management. Guests should be able to expect honest presentation and basic food quality.

My wife and I loved this place. The room was beautiful, the bathroom and shower were amazing, and the staff were great. We enjoyed walking to and from the historic part of town, about half an hour each way, with lots of little cafes and restaurants along the route. It felt very safe, and there’s a good late-night restaurant nearby as well as a Burger King for a quick bite. Great value, and the best hotel so far on our three-week Europe trip. If you’re unsure, just book it. Highly recommend!

We had a very good stay in Seville. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff helpful and courteous, and the location was good too.
