Puerta Catedral Holiday Suites

Easy to communicate with, and the apartment had everything we needed. We loved staying here and would happily come back. The location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Management got back to us quickly whenever we had questions, and the apartment is in a great spot, just steps from historic sights, good restaurants, and lively neighborhoods. Two things could've made the stay even better: instructions for using the washer/dryer, safe, and dishwasher, and a small breakfast voucher for one of the amazing nearby cafes instead of the food box left at the door.

We walked everywhere from this central spot, with the cathedral, shops, and restaurants all close by. The place was clean, quiet, roomy, and stocked with everything that made it feel like home. We got answers to our questions right away. I loved it and highly recommend it.

After our taxi left us at the wrong place, the staff were wonderful and helped us get into the apartment. It's a lovely penthouse, just down the street from the Cathedral, with a sunny terrace and a well-equipped little kitchenette. The bed is firm but comfortable. A couple of things to keep in mind: it's a walk-up, three stories that feel more like five or six in a modern building, so it may not suit seniors or anyone with heavy luggage at check-in. Also, the terrace shade doesn't do much against the afternoon sun, making it hard to sit out there for long. For our short stay, neither issue was a problem, and we enjoyed ourselves.
