The bedrooms and living room are spacious and bright, and the rooms are well furnished. The location is excellent. There’s a parking lot close by if you can’t find a spot in the blue-line parking on the same street. A few things need attention: there’s no ramp between the main door and the main elevator for baby strollers, only a small elevator limited to reduced-mobility vehicles. Cleaning was below standard, as we found dried food residue on some dishes stored in the cupboard. The furniture is generally good, but needs some work to keep it in shape.

We were glad we found Eleven apartments. For the same price as a hotel room, we got more space, and the place was clean and high quality. I really liked its modern look and feel. It’s about a five-minute walk from the cathedral, so the location was great.

We had to cancel at the last minute because our daughter was ill, and they made the process easy. They still refunded us, which showed professionalism and good ethics. The home’s location and decor are perfect, and communication was excellent. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, understanding host.

The apartment was large and generally clean, but the problems made our stay unpleasant, especially for the price. Right after we opened the door, there was a sewage or toilet smell. The hosts told us to keep the hot water on and pour hot water down the drains. That helped briefly, but I woke up to the smell again in the middle of the night. The microwave had a strong, disgusting odor too, so we had to hold our noses when using it. There were only two pots and two pans, and one pot couldn’t be used on the induction stove. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear absolutely everything, which made sleeping difficult. The rooms look modern and clean at first glance, but once we arrived we ran into all these issues.
