Service from the staff was exceptionally good. They were personable and helpful, and when we asked for different pillows from the room’s pillow menu, they brought them up quickly. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with something for everyone. We also used the El Jardin cafeteria/snack bar a couple of times and found the prices very reasonable. The ground-floor lounge was a nice place to sit and have a drink from El Jardin. The rooms were very clean, and I liked the shower gels, shampoo, toothbrushes, and other little touches. There’s a supermarket across the road, handy for water and snacks. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the Plaza De Espana and the Real Alcazar, and just a few minutes from San Bernardo, where you can catch a bus, tram, or metro. Our front-facing room could be noisy at times, even with the windows shut. We heard traffic and possibly roadworks nearby around 2am on a couple of occasions. I suppose that’s a downside of staying in a fairly central hotel.

I had a great stay. The hotel was spotless, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Having a pool on a hot summer day makes a big difference, and the view from my window over the park was really lovely too.

The pool on the third floor and the restaurant upstairs were lovely additions to our stay. We spent three days at the Seville Centre Hotel and really enjoyed it. Patricia arranged a quiet room on the top floor when we asked, and she greeted us with a smile and was so friendly and courteous. Our room was clean, had the essentials including a kettle and grooming kit, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices for 16 euros. We also received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, a really nice touch. Thanks, Patricia, for your kindness and professionalism. We’d happily recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The little details made this stay memorable, from the pleasant smell throughout the hotel to amenities like toothpaste, combs, and shoehorns. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and everything felt flexible and cared for. There’s plenty to enjoy on site: a rooftop pool, a restaurant with a beautiful view, a well-equipped fitness area, and a varied breakfast with excellent food. The location made exploring easy, since everything was within a comfortable walk. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely return.

The hotel is large, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a bit of a walk to the main center, and parking costs a bit much. The reception staff weren’t friendly at all, though the dining room staff were nice.
