We were impressed by the apartment itself: spacious, modern, and the best place we’d stayed so far on our trip. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and dining area were all excellent. The lift was right outside our door, and we were in the town center near restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Getting in was another story. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late by taxi at Iberflat Fabiola and the owner wasn’t there to meet us at 3.00pm. The manager had apparently sent several emails, but we’d had no internet in Marseille and couldn’t complete the online paperwork beforehand. We couldn’t open the heavy entrance door and were stuck outside until a resident came to his balcony and buzzed us in. Mark and Laura, staying opposite, were a great help, and eventually the owner sent us the gate and apartment codes by phone. After that, we had a great stay and woke refreshed the next morning.

The rooms were fabulous. The kitchen being on the floor above the dining room is an odd setup. It wouldn’t be a big deal for a short visit, though I’d find it pretty annoying on a longer stay.

The owners were among the nicest people you could meet, and the rooftop terrace has a fantastic view. The apartments themselves are stunning, with a location fairly central to the main tourist spots. I’d definitely come back.

The apartment was lovely and in a great spot. Checking in by ourselves at night went smoothly, and the next day the staff were keen to share lots of information about the city. The only problem was how terribly noisy it got at night, probably because of a grasshopper.

The place was really clean and had most of the facilities we needed. It’s a cozy apartment in Seville, and the staff were friendly and helpful too. I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Good job!
