The patio was nice, the king bed was comfortable, and the service and location were great. They cleaned daily and refilled the free drinks in the fridge each day too. The only thing to keep in mind is that you can definitely hear the bells and other hotel guests from inside the room, so bring earplugs for sleeping.

We found it quiet, spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff and a great location. The price was very reasonable too. If we return to Seville, we’ll book here again. Highly recommended.

We picked this hotel because it’s right in downtown Seville, with everything a short walk away, and the reviews looked really good. The room was huge and nice, with a little outdoor area. We were travelling with our baby and appreciated that space a lot. One thing to know: check-in is at the main hotel, about an eight-minute walk from these rooms, since this place is just a branch. The room was also the dirtiest I’ve seen in all my travels so far. Our baby crawled on the floor and everything went black and dusty. Our feet turned black too. It seemed like the room had never had a proper clean and urgently needed a deep wet clean. If you’re staying with a baby, pay special attention to the cleanliness.

The location is excellent, the staff are nice, and having a free washer was convenient. The kitchen looked very nice and functional, though we didn’t use it. We stayed in two rooms, and one had no desk at all. The computer desk in the other room was extremely uncomfortable to use. The furniture was impractical, and the carpets were dirty and stained. The bed was very soft and lumpy, and left me with back pain for days. This place needs new furniture throughout. With new beds and furniture, I might have given it five stars, but we wouldn’t stay again because of how uncomfortable and inconvenient the furniture and bed were.
