The apartments were in excellent shape, spotless, and in a perfect location. Service was the best too. I'd absolutely recommend them, and I'll return whenever I can.

The staff kept in touch through messages and looked after us impeccably. They let us check in before the stated 3:00 PM time once the cleaners had finished. If the room isn't ready yet, you can leave your bags inside while they finish preparing it. We also liked opening the doors with a code instead of having physical keys to lose or leave behind. Our apartment was well equipped, with a hairdryer, air conditioning, iron, dishes, Wi-Fi, washing machine, drying rack, and TV. It had a bedroom with a small sofa area and TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The building's little internal courtyard was very charming. It's close to Seville center, near the square of the Pillars of Hercules, with bars and casual places to get a drink or something to eat. The rates felt fair for what was provided. When we're back in Seville, we'll definitely stay in the same room again. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE. They promote secure parking, but it costs €15 a night, and the lot looked about as clean as the apartments. We were there for a week-long vacation, and someone broke into our car and trashed it. They haven't taken responsibility for ANYTHING. Ventilation, privacy, and cleanliness were practically nonexistent. A disgrace.

Completely untrustworthy. I booked through Booking.com in January, and they cancelled just eight hours before check-in. They said structural problems meant they couldn't host me, yet the place was still being advertised on several platforms. They waited until the last minute to cancel. I think they're shameless, and I'll be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency soon.
