We were five, two adults and three kids, and stayed in the apartment for two days. Getting in was straightforward with the instructions they emailed us. The parking took more planning: there's none right at the property, so I pulled into the alley by the door to unload and load our bags, then had to find a place to park. They suggested an inexpensive lot fairly nearby, at 7€ a night. With little kids, the Seville heat made walking around to see the city feel too far, at least for me, so we drove. That made things harder, since parking in the city center is a pain.

We couldn't reach anyone for over an hour after arriving, and there was no staff there. They'd double booked our room. In the end, they rejected my call and cancelled the reservation, claiming we hadn't shown up. There were no other hotels available, so we spent a sleepless night at the train station.
