Hotel Voramar Mallorca

We had a really successful stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, the food was tasty and varied, and the service was polite and professional. The bar team and the people working at breakfast and dinner deserve special mention. Mr. Daniel speaks fluent English and is always ready to help; his dedication really makes a difference. We spent a week here at the end of July. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach, and some rooms look out over the sea, promenade, and beach. On some days, though, the street gets very loud, with music going until 4am. Room insulation isn't great, so noisy neighbors can be heard clearly. The staff were friendly and the service was good, but they were very strict about restaurant timings that didn't follow Spanish timings. The food was generally good, with a mixed European and continental selection. Rooms were clean and in decent shape. Still, charging extra for everything, including the safe and even use of the fridge for personal items, feels ridiculous. The hotel would make a much better impression if room rates were 5 euro higher and the safe and fridge were included. I think it's a good option for a short holiday in Cala Millor.

The location is great, but I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. The fridge and safe in the room both cost extra, even though I'd expect them to be included. Only one bed has a power socket beside it, making it hard to charge a phone, and some sockets didn't work. The room furniture and fittings were low quality and old. Plastic under the bed sheets made sleeping uncomfortable. There are other hotels in a similar location.

We stayed for three weeks at Voramar Hotel and felt at home from the start. It was our first visit, and we loved it. The staff were excellent, always helpful and smiling. The food was delicious, and we had breakfast and dinner. We chose a room facing the sea, which was amazing. At night we could hear the sea even with the balcony door closed. The beautiful sea is just across the road. We'd go back without hesitation.
