The food was fantastic and great value, and the service was just as good. Everyone was really friendly, and our rooms were clean and practical. We stayed three nights during a motorbike tour and had a great experience. It’s a brilliant base for riding in the Pyrenees, and I’d definitely stay again.

Dinner is inexpensive and decent quality, and breakfast is a good buffet that starts punctually at 7.30am. The room was clean, the wifi fast, and the shower had strong pressure and very hot water. It’s just outside Sort, so nights are quiet, but you can walk to the village centre in 4-5 minutes.

For 15 euros, that was an amazing dinner. The goat cheese salad was so good and so large that another restaurant could serve it as a main. The cabbage starter was very good too. I enjoyed the pork steak and octopus. The vail tail was probably prepared well, but it was my first time trying it and I found it wasn’t for me. Crema Catalana was very good. I didn’t care for the house pudding, though my friend liked it. Local wine and a bottle of water were included.

The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and a lovely river view. They even offered us the single room next door at no extra cost. She insisted we take it so we’d have more space.
