Casa Carmina is one of Alojamientos Tareira's rural cottages. We spent two nights there and loved the carefully chosen decor and all the thoughtful details. It's in a very quiet village, with a pleasant path leading to Calvín. The peace and quiet were lovely. Thanks so much, Carmina, for being welcoming and always available. I'd highly recommend it and hope to return if I can.

We loved being able to enjoy total quiet while still having Taramundi or Pontenova nearby for a drink, a meal, or shopping. There are lovely trails for walking in nature, too. I also recommend a guided visit to the Os Teixois ethnographic complex, the Mazonovo mill museum, and the Pardiñas cutlery museum. The house and its surroundings were spectacular, and Carmina was very kind and attentive whenever we needed anything.

We stayed in Alfonso's Bodega cottage, and spectacular is the word for it. It was very clean and had everything we needed; even the towels were better than what you'd find in many high-end hotels. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the setting is just right for switching off for a few days. I recommend it completely.

We were only there for two days at Casa Das Pitas, but the setting, house, cleanliness, and location made it a great place to unwind. Ramon and Carmina were always attentive. We also took Ramon's advice and ate at Taberna de Montse, a charming, traditional place. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
