The room was clean, with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a really nice bathroom with a great shower. But it was very loud: I could hear people using the stairs, talking, and watching TV, and an upstairs shower was especially noisy.

A massive blackout meant we couldn’t get from Madrid to Toledo on the day of our overnight booking. The hotel contacted us the next day and arranged a tourist apartment for the following day so we wouldn’t lose the reservation. It was clean, nicely renovated, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. They also let us leave our bags the day after.

The hotel had a fabulous atmosphere. We had excellent lunch and breakfast in the restaurant, and the woman serving breakfast was brilliant, efficient, and organised.

A small room, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable: the mattress, bathroom, refrigerator, lighting, and air were all great. There’s a shared area with coffee and tea for little treats, plus a balcony with a view over the old town. Great location and concierge. They let us check in early and kept our bags after checkout until it was time for our train out of town.

The price was very fair, and the staff were extremely helpful. Our spotless, comfortable room was in the old town, close to everything. There’s a pleasant common area where you can sit with free tea and almost free coffee and chocolate. A perfect place to stay in Toledo.
