The staff deserve a big thank you, they were just perfect. The hotel itself is basic, with snacks and drinks at reception instead of a bar or restaurant. For Madrid, the price is affordable, as long as you’re not expecting a five-star setting.

We came with a large group of family for a wedding nearby, and booking all the rooms got complicated at times. The staff made it easy from the booking process through our arrival. It’s a small, no-frills place with clean, bright, airy and quiet rooms, pleasant staff, and easy parking. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The pool area looked lovely, though we didn’t get to use it. The location is good, and it works well if you just need somewhere to sleep while travelling or want a relaxing day or two by the pool. The room was clean but very basic, and the beds were not comfortable at all. It’s a shame there isn’t a bar or cafeteria, especially with little nearby. There are fridges with drinks and vending-machine sandwiches, which you pay for at reception.

Breakfast is served in a building next door. There’s an outdoor pool and a parking lot, though no lift. The hotel is convenient, and the rooms are modern and well equipped.

The breakfast was very good, and the room was comfortable and spacious, with a mini fridge and a large TV. The outdoor pool couldn’t be used because of the weather. There’s a gym too, not very big, but the equipment is good enough for 4-5 people to work out at once.
