Those big living room windows made the stay for me, with lovely views across Valcarlos and the Pyrenees. The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortably furnished, and Lucrezia was so friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would happily recommend it.

The apartments smelled strongly of must, and the place was in terrible condition. During our one-night stay, a badly installed bathroom screen fell on us and left cuts all over my body. When I called the owner, she didn't apologize or even ask what had happened. She came by later with a bandage and left, without asking how I was doing. We've tried to contact them for a claim form, but they won't provide one and tell us to go there in person, even though we're from Madrid. A terrible experience and awful customer service.

The owner helped us settle in herself and offered really useful advice for our Camino de Santiago. The place was modern, comfortable, and clean, and I’m sure it’ll be one of the standout stays of our trip.
