Posada La Olma

The staff were really friendly, and the sandwich we had for dinner was good. The rooms could do with updating, but they were clean. I'd recommend staying here.

The service was good, and there was covered storage for bikes. The bar and restaurant were handy, everything was clean, the shower worked, and there were wardrobes in the room. The room itself could use some maintenance. The beds were small, the bathtub was only fair, and there was just one electrical outlet, which wasn't enough. At €80, I thought it was very expensive compared with similar places and poor value for money. I think they're taking advantage of the lack of options in the area.

The location is good, but the facilities are very dated. Our room was just passable, with two very small beds, and the bathroom was awkward. It had a bathtub and shower curtain but no grab bar to help prevent slipping. The bathroom cabinet was best left shut, and we got only half a roll of toilet paper. Cleanliness could have been better too. The bar was nothing special and quite crowded. We had an uncomfortable standing dinner, and the food was average, though at least it wasn't expensive. I know I won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The restaurant next to the inn was the one good part. The food was decent. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere and clumps of it under the bed. There was no soap, shower gel, or hairdryer, and they left us with just one bath towel. We asked for another, then had to ask again because they'd forgotten. There were mosquitoes and the heat in the room was unbearable. They didn't even provide a fan. Awful.
