A cosy, good value place for a short stay in Valencia. It's near the center of the station and convenient for getting elsewhere by metro. There are lots of local restaurants and cafeterias nearby. The apartment has A/C. They didn't provide shower gel or hair wash, but the host was lovely and offered to bring some. We didn't want to bother them late at night, though. Consum supermarket is about 3 mins away and closes before 9.30pm, so you can pick up what you need. There wasn't a wine opener either, but you can ask the host or get a cheap one at the supermarket.

Mano, the owner, was kind and available for anything. The apartment is in central valencia, 5 minutes from the central market. We found it a little dirty at first, but they cleaned it as soon as we asked.

We had a great stay in the attic apartment. The balcony and loggia were lovely, and the high ceilings made the place feel open while still cozy. It was quiet at night and only a 5-10 minute walk from the lively center. We had Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, microwave, and stove. The host met us, helped with our bags, and showed us to the nearby parking lot. We'd happily recommend it.
