Ramírez Flats Valencia

With a baby, daily housekeeping and the spotless apartment made a big difference. The bed linens and towels were fresh and smelled lovely, and the staff cleaned the shower glass and cabin every day. When we came back, the apartment felt disinfected and well aired. Our little one spends a lot of time on the floor, so cleanliness mattered a lot to us. Even the hallway floors were spotless despite the rain outside, and the building smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. A few days before arrival, they called to ask if they could prepare anything for the baby. They set up a high chair, baby bathtub and baby crib with bedding, and left a small gift our child was excited about. We’d also asked for a quiet room if one was available, and they did what they could to give us one away from the street. Late checkout was another kindness: our flight was in the late afternoon and the baby usually naps around checkout, so they extended it free of charge, purely out of goodwill. The team at Ramirez Flats was professional, quick to respond and warm. Reception staff speak excellent English and are always keen to help. It was easy to message them on WhatsApp if we needed anything. We could also ask at reception for extras, like disposable slippers or more body care products. On rainy days, they had umbrellas by the entrance for guests, and they sold tickets to the main attractions at the same prices as the official websites. The apartment itself was very clean and neatly organised. The kitchen was equipped like one at home: oven trays, scissors, a pizza cutter, disposable napkins, dishwasher tablets, a brand-new sponge and cloth, toaster, coffee machine with coffee, tea, and basically everything you might need. They even had a hair straightener in the bathroom, and the shampoo was surprisingly good, not the usual hotel kind. We also liked the location. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away, the metro about 10 minutes on foot, and there’s a nearby park where we enjoyed daily walks. A restaurant right on the corner had very good food, and we ordered takeaway to eat in the apartment. Well-stocked grocery stores nearby had fresh fruit, ready-made tapas, gluten-free products and pretty much anything else we needed for travelling with a small child. We never expected to give an accommodation a perfect 10/10, but Ramirez Flats really deserves it. Every time we visit Valencia, this will be our choice. The people who run and maintain the place are doing a wonderful job. I’ll recommend it to everyone visiting Valencia.

The location made it easy to get around, near the Turia Gardens and a short walk from both the old town and the City of Arts and Sciences. Although the area is lively, the soundproofing meant I could rest well. The bed was very comfortable too. Ramirez Flats Valencia feels more like a boutique residence than an ordinary apartment hotel. The apartments are modern, spotless and thoughtfully equipped, with everything feeling new. Staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful throughout, always available and quick to respond. I had a great stay and would come back on my next trip to Valencia. Highly recommend it.

We walked to most places each day, and Bar Cremaet just downstairs was a favourite. It’s a great spot for a family holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The apartment was modern and the facilities were great. The cleaners kept it spotless every day, and all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with our small children. Very family friendly. A 10 out of 10 hotel.

The baby made travel feel easy here. Everything we needed was provided and thoughtfully arranged, and the service was consistently warm, responsive and helpful. Tamara and the team took care of every detail from the moment we arrived. The apartment had a modern design and felt welcoming right away. It was spotless, the location was excellent with everything a short walk away, and it stayed peaceful and quiet inside. The bed was super comfortable, genuinely one of my best sleeps while travelling. The minuses aren’t worth mentioning. As a German, I’m used to high standards, and this was close to perfect. If you want a stylish place in a good location that’s exceptionally well managed, Ramirez Flats is a top choice. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it without hesitation.
