There are no windows, though I knew that before booking. The bigger problem was just two rolls of toilet paper for four people over six nights. That was embarrassing. A couple of euros' worth of supplies seems reasonable when guests are paying hundreds for accommodation. Check-in meant using the HoomVip app, and registration took me literally three hours. Luckily, I came up with a workaround to get our passports scanned so I could check in.
We had a very pleasant city break in one of the apartments. It was spacious and well equipped, and the price for what you get is great. The location works well too, between the beach and promenade on one side and the old town on the other, with bus stops close by.
Read the reviews carefully before booking. The apartments are converted garages with no windows, and there isn't much nearby. During the Valencia floods, the government said not to enter the city, but the hotel wouldn't let us move our booking to another date. They put profit first and treated us accordingly.
The location was fantastic, really close to the beach, and everything else was good too 😊 When we arrived after a red-eye flight, there was a basket of food waiting for us. That little gesture lifted my tired heart 🫶🏻 I'd definitely come back.
Definitely a very good place to stay. The location and service were good, and the apartment was new 👌
