I didn’t feel safe here at all. Money was stolen from my wallet inside my backpack, which was in my locked room. Reception staff showed no empathy when I reported it and said they couldn’t do anything. I brought the police to them. I didn’t get the money back, though I believe the hotel received a fine. There’s no safe for valuables and no fridge. The hotel is next to a strip club, and workers can access some rooms to bring their clients. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. The bathroom has a red light and there’s a full-length mirror behind the bed. Also, check-in reception is in another location, a 5-minute walk away. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The noise from other rooms was unbearable at night, so we left a day early. The rooms are thin, old, dirty, and falling apart, and the photos are outdated. There was no soap or even a duvet cover, which is disgusting. Mold was growing out of the air conditioning unit, too. It isn’t hygienic and isn’t worth the money. Avoid.

This felt like a tourist trap, and I’d book somewhere else to avoid a bitter experience. The hotel is above a strip club. The room had round beds, big wall-sized mirrors, fake-fur pillows, and red bathroom lighting. I wouldn’t take my girlfriend there for a wedding trip. The shower was visibly far too small for a 1.83m, 90kg man, so I didn’t even try to shower. After we complained, they moved us to a totally run-down room. The balcony door wouldn’t close, so we couldn’t safely leave our belongings, especially with a wedding to attend. The hair dryer was sitting in the sink while plugged in. What if you’re not fully awake and wash your hands? The shower walls weren’t even finished, just sprayed with paint and apparently deemed ready to use.

For this price, it’s a great stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, basic, as you’d expect from a 3-star hotel, and it was very quiet. Wifi was great, too. I took work calls from 3 pm to 1 am with no issues. The location is fantastic, very close to downtown. Customer service was amazing, and you can add them on WhatsApp for 24-hour service. I’d definitely recommend it.
