Lina was so kind and ready to help whenever we needed anything. We had a smooth, relaxing week with no issues, and will definitely book with FlatsForYou again when we return to Valencia. I'd recommend it to families with kids, friends, or couples wanting to explore comfortably and without worry. We stayed in one of the FlatsForYou Carmen apartments, right in the historic center. Tram and bus connections are just around the corner, making it a handy base for getting around. The building felt neat and well cared for from the moment we walked in. The apartment was spotless, possibly the cleanest rental we've stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh pillows and a clean mattress, and the welcome kit made us feel at home right away. A truly excellent experience, well worth recommending.

The ground floor apartment had no windows, and the small terrace felt unwelcoming because of its high walls. I'd only rent it again if I could get one on a higher floor, with at least a balcony.

They refunded me quickly and customer care did respond, but I still wouldn't book through Flatsforyou again. They asked for an extra 2,000 euros per flat because we were arriving as a group, which makes no sense when the flats are advertised for four or five people. In my view, that pricing practice is misleading, and I can't recommend the company.

Clean, modern apartments with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped and fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

The place was clean, but their rules felt one-sided. They charge a cleaning fee and still expect guests to leave it as clean as they found it. They wouldn't allow check-in even 30 seconds early, yet wanted us to tell them when we were leaving so they could start cleaning sooner.
