The location was the one good thing here. We were disappointed with this hotel and wouldn't recommend it. The staff were rude and unhelpful every time we dealt with them, and the room had no character. When we tried to sit on the bed, it folded in half, since it wasn't even a proper bed. The room was much smaller than the photos suggested, and the bedspread was stained. The bathroom looked clean, but the shower temperature was impossible to manage, swinging from freezing to scalding. We felt we were charged too much for what we got, and our stay in Valencia was a real letdown.

It's small, but clean, and the staff are friendly. There's a shared lounge where you can eat, and the location is great for getting around on foot. The stairs are a lot, though manageable. Good value for the money.

It was easy to get around from this very central location, and the staff were kind and helpful while we were there. The room itself was rather dated and quite small. Not having a fridge was inconvenient.

We arrived around 10 at night, and the reception staff were still there waiting to check us in. They were really nice. The room was cleaned perfectly while we were out touring the city, including the bathroom and bedsheets, and towels were provided. You don't get a nice view from the window, but the hotel is right in the city center, about three minutes from the main architectural complex. Great location and service. I'd definitely come back and recommend it!

Maria Jose was so pleasant and always smiling. We got scammed on Airbnb and needed to stay longer, and she went out of her way to help us add two more nights. The older man with her helped sort out the reservation too. The accommodation itself was very good. We hope they're still there when we visit again!
