Líbere Valencia Ruzafa

The weekly cleaning and fresh towels were a welcome bonus, and the Ruzafa location is excellent. Cristina and Desiré were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. From booking through checkout, I had a great experience with Líbere and would gladly stay again. Their customer service really stood out.

The train station was the main draw for us, and there are also plenty of nearby bike rentals, cafes, and restaurants. The building is new and has a fresh design. Check-in and checkout are online, and the lockers make the stay feel almost like a hotel. There's an elevator too, which would be handy if you're bringing a stroller.

The staff really saved the day when I forgot my locker code just before heading to the airport. They helped immediately, and I made my flight. The rooms were also far more luxurious and comfortable than I'd expected. I'm so grateful and satisfied with my stay at Líbere Hotel Ruzafa. I'd happily return and recommend it. Best people to stay with.

The apartment was nice and clean, but the service needs to match that. Our luggage locker didn't work, and nothing happened after we reported it. Once you've paid, you're left to sort things out yourself. We also complained about the boiler's deafening noise, but it was never fixed. If you're in the only first-floor apartment, expect to wake at dawn each morning when garbage collectors empty the four recycling bins right beside the window. And I disagree that outside noise is beyond the hotel's control. Proper soundproof windows would have prevented it from being a problem.
