The staff were really friendly and helpful. I found the studio spacious for the price, with a lovely bed and handy amenities like a kitchenette, so the stay was comfortable. There’s a good common space floor and a smoking terrace up top.

I found the rooms modern and stylish, with a thoughtful layout that worked for both studying and relaxing. The building has a sleek contemporary look and is kept to a high standard, so it feels clean throughout. The study rooms, gym, and lounges are inviting and functional, with a nice balance between work and social time. It made my time in the city easier and more enjoyable, and seems like a well-rounded, high-quality student accommodation option in Valencia.

The staff are so friendly and ready to help at any time, I’d give the hospitality a solid 10/10. It’s a very good location, just a quick 15 min walk from the town center. I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this student residence. There’s an upstairs pool, a spacious cinema room that’s a good place to catch up with friends, a gym open 24/7, and a public library that’s handy for exam season. Amazing experience, and I definitely don’t regret it. ☺️☺️

We only stayed 3 days, and everything was perfect. It’s a new, comfortable building with nice, large common areas, including a pool, and it’s quite close to the city center. One small issue: there’s very little cutlery or kitchen equipment, just enough for one person even though the room fits two.
