We were only here for a couple of hours before heading to the airport. The location is right in the center, and the living area is nice, but the room furniture is very old and everything felt dusty. There was construction going on in the building, so the balcony couldn’t be used, and our room near reception was noisy. The architecture is beautiful and the place has potential. It might be fine if you want a cheap stay and aren’t expecting much, but I wouldn’t have wanted to spend the night.

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It’s full of damp. The owner said the walls are like that because of the neighboring building, so he can’t restore the rooms. Then why rent them for 25 euros? There was no toilet, closet, bedroom, or heating. I absolutely don’t recommend it, it was a nightmare. We didn’t stay overnight and went to find another hotel.

Horrible. We paid for eight nights and left after two. It was far too hot, and with asthma I literally couldn’t breathe. Opening the window and running the fan helped me sleep a little, but made hardly any difference, and the street noise was too loud. The room was also gross: there were a few hairs in the sink when we arrived and lots of dust. The kitchen only opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m., which is weird. The girl at reception was really sweet, though.

We found a room here at a good price when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. The man at reception was very friendly, and the service was really great. It’s right in the city center, so the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended! :)

The pension is right in the center of València, which is a great location. For the price, the room was quite nice: a studio with a bed and shower, while the toilet is shared with other guests. The toilet paper wasn’t always stocked enough. Picking up the key at another location was confusing, and the front door key didn’t work very well. For what it cost, the experience was fine.
