SH Ingles Boutique Hotel

I came back for a second stay and was impressed again. Hotel Boutique SH Inglés is clean and well maintained, with a great location and good value for the price. The rooms are simple but stylish, spotless and well equipped, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Soundproofing could be better, but the comfort and overall quality more than make up for it. The breakfast was a pleasure, with a well planned set menu and a good range of main dishes. What really makes the hotel stand out is its staff. The reception team is consistently professional, welcoming and attentive, at all hours. It's a comfortable, reliable place, and I'd happily return and recommend it.

The bedrooms were nice and the sweet and savory breakfast had good food. My only real complaint is that some rooms aren't insulated well against noise. The hotel is in a very good spot, opposite the beautiful ceramic museum and just a few minutes from the historic center. I liked my stay and would definitely go back.

The shower and toilet have no working ventilation. The building is very old, and the rooms are noisy: you can hear pretty much everything your immediate neighbors do, especially in the adjoining bathrooms. The place is spacious and clean, and the location is very good.

The location was great, but I still wouldn't return. The rooms are dated and small, and cost too much for what you get. Their so-called breakfast buffet was the poorest and most meager one we've had at any hotel in Spain.
