Silken Puerta Valencia

We found a good deal through a third party and would happily stay again. Although the hotel isn't in central Valencia, it was easy to walk to the tourist areas and metro station. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great shower. The only thing I missed was a kettle, but there were plenty of nice coffee places a short walk away. The staff were helpful too: they printed our boarding passes, booked a taxi, and shared suggestions for places to visit.

We spent a week here and had a really positive stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and housekeeping kept everything in excellent shape. We were also greeted with a handwritten welcome letter, chocolates, and a decorated bed after I'd mentioned our anniversary. That was a lovely touch. Our top-floor room had a balcony and was well equipped, with branded toiletries, a toothbrush and toothpaste, dressing gowns, a hairdryer, a well-stocked tea and coffee station, and bottled water in the fridge. Despite being on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is lovely, centrally located, and has attentive staff. My room was immaculate and spacious. I only took off a star because there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I'd still happily recommend it.

The bathroom in the room was great, and breakfast was average. The king-size bed was made by pushing two singles together. The street outside was very busy, and the windows did little to block the noise at night.
