The room was lovely and big, the beds were comfy, and everything was very clean.

I wouldn’t recommend it. The entrance was disgusting when my partner and I arrived, and I didn’t even want to touch the railing. The service was awful too. We showed up two hours before the agreed time and were yelled at, as if we owed more than the money we’d paid. The tone and comments were completely out of line. An apology came afterward, but it had already affected our stay. The room looked nice, but the bed sagged, the windows wouldn’t open, and there was no air conditioning or TV. Worst of all, the towels smelled terrible, and I didn’t even want to shower. Noise carried between rooms, and it made it hard to relax. Hospitality, professionalism, and politeness don’t seem to be part of this shared apartment where the host also lives.

I slept perfectly in an interior room that happened to be available, with no noise at all. The owner also explains the noise situation when handing over the key. He was super friendly, and although you need to agree on a specific time to collect the keys, he worked around my circumstances and handled last-minute surprises without any problem. The location is ideal, right in the center of Valladolid. If I come back, I’ll stay here again.

We only got to enjoy one of the three nights we’d booked, for reasons beyond our control, which was a shame. The house is fantastic and huge, with a perfect kitchen, very large bathrooms, and an amazing retro feel. Jesús was kind and understanding about the problem. If I return to Valladolid, I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!
