It was so peaceful, and the house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen had everything, and the summer kitchen was fantastic. Navi and her husband were incredibly helpful, and the neighbors were friendly and always ready to lend a hand. I’d recommend it if you want to work away from home for a while too, the Wi-Fi never let me down.

We arrived to find nobody there to greet us, just a short WhatsApp message saying where the key was. The house wasn’t very clean. Bugs seem understandable given where the property is, but a toilet with a lid covered in feces is not. There were dirty socks in a drawer, and the beds had only sheets, with no duvet or quilt. And so on. It’s a shame the people responsible for looking after the house aren’t doing the job properly.

It was very, very dirty. It’s outrageous to arrive for a vacation and have to clean a place you’ve paid for, as though it were a three-star hotel. I’ve stayed in guesthouses that were cleaner. Even the microwave needs a proper clean.

The comfortable mattress, nice views, and quiet were the good parts. But the house really needed a deep clean. You could hear everything between the rooms, especially the creaky floor below. Reaching the upstairs bathroom meant walking through another room. The doors and windows didn’t shut properly, and the wind noise kept coming through. Dirt and limescale around the windows fell onto the beds, and the duvets and sheets felt unpleasant. The living and dining room was like a greenhouse, impossible to live in during summer. For a rental, too many things were missing. Paper towels, napkins, or a bar of soap in the bathroom would have been nice. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.
