The view is excellent, and the living room feels cosy. The location and facilities are good too. Getting into the parking area is a bit awkward, but manageable. They could pay more attention to details like the bathroom accessories, heating, hot water and access to the fireplace.

The mountain view from the apartment in Vilac is spectacular, and there was loads of space for our group. The kitchen had far more equipment than I expected, and the layout worked well for skiing, with room to hang our gear out of the way. The shared bathroom between the two bedrooms has a door into each, which made things much easier to manage. There was enough hot water for everyone to shower after skiing, too. We did get a little cold at night because the heating couldn't be turned up any further, but there were plenty of blankets. Parking nearby was easy, though staying in Vilac meant getting up early to reach Baqueira before traffic. We had a brilliant few days together.

We came as guests with our dear in-laws and were completely taken by surprise. The rooms were dreamy, the place was cosy and fully equipped, and the views were so peaceful. We'll definitely come back.

The village is quiet and the views are good, but there were a lot of problems during our stay. The €150 deposit and tourist tax were collected in cash without any receipt, so I still don't know where the tax goes. When we left, they said the woman who had taken the money wasn't there and they didn't know where she'd left it. They said they'd send the refund through Bizum, then took a while, saying the connection was bad even though they could send WhatsApp messages and make calls. The Wi-Fi required logging in to a website with a username and password. Some cutlery was dirty, the pans were sticky and not very clean, and there was no dish rack. One bedroom had a tiny wardrobe without shelves. The single beds were just 80 cm wide, with plastic mattress covers that don't breathe, so I got sweaty. They had duvets rather than sheets, which seems uncomfortable in summer whether you keep covered or not. The shower in the main bedroom also drained poorly. The washing machine, clothesline, broom and mop were outside the apartment and shared with another unit.
