There are lots of bars and restaurants right around this old, central hotel, plus plenty of nightlife and noise. Closing the window kept it from bothering me much. I didn’t expect much for what I paid, but I was pleasantly surprised: the woman at reception was nice, and the bed was good. The bathroom was large and clean too.
