Apartamentos Divan

There’s a supermarket close by, which is a nice bonus. The service is friendly, and the apartments work well for either a short visit or a longer rental. I’d recommend them.

Everything seems well thought out, and the apartments are nice and well located. You can get to the shop through the parking area. One odd thing: they don’t let you keep a portable fridge running, even though it only uses 50 watts.

The bathrooms were full of mold, and there were urine stains on the mattresses. The apartments were dirty and badly cleaned. On top of that, the warehouse below kept us awake all night with its gate opening and closing and pallet trucks going in and out. Stay here if you don’t want to sleep.

We’ve stayed during the Araba Rugby Cup twice now, and if we come for a third time, we’d choose Aptos Diván again without hesitation. The apartments are clean, and the kitchenware was complete and in perfect condition both times, from the coffee maker and toaster to the pans and even an iron. The fridge was spotless too. The rugby fields are very close, and the tram stop makes getting to and from the city center easy. There’s usually parking nearby, so returning after a day out sightseeing beyond Vitoria wasn’t a problem. This was our third year staying at Aptos Divan, and the whole team makes things that can be difficult feel easy. Thank you!
