Breakfast cost 13 euros per person and had lots of choices. The sweet pastries were excellent, and the service was very good. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed, but it was too warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Parking was paid, though not unreasonably priced. Good value for money overall.

The location was convenient, within walking distance of several restaurants and a supermarket. The room itself had a stale, musty smell, and the furniture was very old, chipped and worn. It looked cheap and below what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. The worst issue was cleanliness. I found used dental floss from a previous guest in the bathtub, which made me question whether the bathroom had been properly cleaned at all. Since even a visible surface had been missed, I also worried the sheets and bedding might not have been changed. I felt very uneasy all night.

The breakfast restaurant manager made this the worst hotel stay of our 10-day trip in Spain. He tried to put us at a large group table. We explained clearly that we weren't part of that group and came from different countries, but he still forced us to sit together. His rude, intimidating manner toward East Asian women made it even worse. The experience completely spoiled the end of our trip.

The breakfast was mixed: the tortilla and yogurts were excellent, but the fake scrambled eggs and orange juice were a big disappointment. My room safe was locked shut and the bath taps were impossible to control, though the helpful staff moved me to another room. The reception area, restaurant, room, bed and air conditioning were good, and I liked the room lighting controls.
