Pensión Corona

The shared bathrooms were super tidy, and the place was very clean. One downside: if you need to open the windows at night, there's a good chance they'll face the street, which is surprisingly loud.

This is the cheapest place in Zaragoza, and you get what you pay for. We paid €80 for one night for five people. It's more like a strange hostel than a hotel, with a communal bathroom, and the stairwell is really poor. It's inaccessible for people with disabilities. Check-in was difficult too: they don't respond to WhatsApp, so you have to call directly, even if you have limited mobile data.

It was a bit confusing when we arrived and weren't sure where to go. Sometimes the door is open, so you can take the lift to number 1, or use the stairs until you spot a door marked pension. We had a few language difficulties, but eventually found our way. The owner only speaks Spanish, though Google Translate made it easy to communicate.

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely lodge here whenever I'm in Zaragoza. The hotel is great, and the shared bathrooms and whole environment were very clean.
