The architecture and style are interesting, with modern rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great base for the old town. There isn't much choice on the evening menu, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby. For the underground car park, be careful with Google's route: don't take Calle de Urrea. Go via Calle Hermanos Ibarra instead, about 30m past the hotel on the right.

The breakfast was okay and included real orange juice, though the scrambled eggs were cold. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, and the location was perfect. There's a garage with direct hotel access, but ask how to find it beforehand since the entrance is at the back. Tap water tastes unpleasant, so mineral water is a good idea. There was no kettle or coffee machine.

They also don't provide free water in the rooms, which all hotels in this category do. Cheaper alternatives offer a rooftop pool and free minibar. They should lower the rates or add more perks.
