The hotel looks lovely from outside, but inside it was a huge letdown. I spent three weeks there, and the lights and water weren't working when I arrived. We reported it, but nobody came to help. The toilets were clogged almost every time we used them. The manager, Maru, was rude and unhelpful when I made a simple request. He spoke to me dismissively instead of helping, which made an already stressful situation worse. A manager should set a good example for customer service, and that didn't happen here. I would think twice before staying at this property again.

Flowers are everywhere, and they're beautiful. The place feels cozy and quiet, like home, and it has both AC and a standby generator. Bilos is next door for coffee or cake, with supermarkets nearby for pretty much anything you need. Customer care is good, and they're available 24/7.
