The customer service was bad from the start. The waitress brought us the wrong food, but they still charged us, and it was very expensive. I didn't expect that from this kind of hotel.

It's a good place, and many Chinese guests stay here. The food is nice, though expensive.

The rooms are really comfortable. There's also a nice sofa area in the lobby where you can sit, talk, and enjoy traditional Chinese tea.

6/10
The lobby cafe and main Chinese restaurant are good, and the place is nicely decorated with friendly staff. Some building details need attention, like little steps in flooring that should be level. The Chinese restaurant was closed at 2100 on a Friday evening, which was surprising. We ended up at the rooftop Barbeque instead. It's a nice spot for views and drinks, but the BBQ was poor quality and very overpriced. The aubergine and sweet corn were the only things worth ordering.

The waiters in the second-floor restaurant were disrespectful, and the customer service was bad.
