At Sheza Guesthouse, the rooms are always clean, and the food and service are excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, treating you like family. I'd highly recommend it to anyone coming to Addis Ababa.

The location and room layout at this guesthouse are great, but a lot of the lights and room phones don't work. Some bathrooms are messy and have leaks. The manager was a disaster, even keeping the Wi-Fi password from the staff. If she's away, you can't get the password.

The staff at Sheza guest house are sociable and very professional. The rooms stay clean, breakfast service is excellent, laundry is fantastic, and the Wi-Fi runs 24/7 with good speed. It's also convenient for transport, with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. I'm extremely happy with my stay. It's one of the best guest houses in Addis Ababa, and I'd suggest it to anyone planning a visit.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this guest house. It's dirty, with no water, electricity or cleaning supplies. There's no internet except at night when the generator is running, and even then it's very slow.
