Z Addis Hotel

I was in shock when, after 20 days in my room, I was told to move because it was someone’s favorite room! Receptionists Rediet and Herut, you guys are something else!

The room at Z Addis Hotel was okay, but breakfast was very late, and getting served early wasn’t possible. You only get one plate, with limited food, and the staff seemed disorganized. Parking was a major hassle. Cars in the basement can block yours, and the hotel doesn’t take keys or phone numbers to sort it out. I waited an hour while they disturbed other guests to track down the car owners. After all that, staff didn’t offer anything to make up for the inconvenience. I left very disappointed.

The service is below poor, and the shower is in terrible condition. They gave me half a roll of toilet paper. Staff were willing to help when I asked to change rooms, but for the price, the rooms are all bad. Breakfast has very little choice and small portions, including just a tiny glass of juice. Figa deserves better hotels.

I was at Z Addis Hotel from Friday morning, 10/10/2025, through Sunday, 12th of October 2025, and loved everything. The room was clean, the Internet was fast, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it’s not too far from the mosque.
